Naomi Pollard

I help organisations design and deliver research and evaluation projects that drive social change.

BA Politics & French, MSc Media & Communication (with research methods), PGCE Social Science

My work draws on 18 years’ research and teaching experience. Starting my career at Ipsos MORI and ippr, I was then a secondary teacher for nine years before returning to research.

Experience of working across a plethora of policy areas, with a particular focus on the education and training and housing and homelessness
sectors.

Passionate about ensuring research represents, engages and empowers those with lived experienced and marginalised groups.

Qualitative research specialist with deep expertise in designing and undertaking interviews and focus groups with organisations’ clients, members and professional stakeholders. Also highly experienced in desk research and survey design and analysis. I love working with clients to produce accessible, articulate and impactful project outputs.
